VIE Hotel Bangkok led by the hotel’s Resident Manager Mr. Banthueng Talayarak (center) and VIE Management Team is proud to announce that the hotel has received the 2013 Best Guest Review Award from leading on-line travel agency Booking.com for its high average score, attaining an 8.8 out of 10 for that year, in the category five star hotels.

Booking.com is a large online travel agency specializing in hotel reservations and other accommodations, and is part of the Priceline Group. Ratings are provided by guests and refer to the level of guest satisfaction with service and facilities. The award is considered mainly under 6 points, as follows: 1) Cleanliness, 2) Comfort, 3) Location, 4) Facilities, 5) Staff, 6) Value for money.
