This week, Vietjet was honoured with the award for ASIA’S BEST EMPLOYER BRAND for 2016 thanks to the airline’s innovative solutions in recruitment, as well as its effort in creating an internationally standardized, professional working environment for all employees. The event was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute and World HRD Congress with CHRO Asia as a strategic partner, and endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses.
The award for ASIA’S BEST EMPLOYER BRAND recognizes excellence in building the brand as an employer of choice. The committee recognized 100 organizations across different industries in Asia, and celebrated the recipients as the best talents in the field of Human Resources Development.
In its five years of operation, Vietjet has become one of the favorite places to work for international talent, who hail from more than 40 countries and economies. They have made significant contributions to make air travel become a popular means of transport among passengers not only in Vietnam but also in regional markets.
