VIP SKI Adds a Bespoke New Chalet in Meribel For The 2013/2014 Season

July 27, 2013 Ski No Comments Email Email

Specialist ski company VIP SKI is delighted to be featuring a gorgeous new chalet in one of the world’s best ski resorts.

With 25 years of experience, keen chalet aficionados VIP SKI has the knowledge of what works best for British skiers and this is crucial to the success of the brand. Such commitment to high standards and taking notice of trends in chalet holidays enables VIP SKI to grow year on year. 2013/14 is no different with new chalets on the cards. The most notable development in France is the new all singing and dancing flagship chalet in Meribel, always a popular resort with British snowsports enthusiasts.

So what makes a delectable chalet? It starts with a high level of comfort, efficient service and food worth talking about. These are already features at VIP SKI chalets through France, Switzerland and Austria, so it was time to think about those extra special trimmings. Perhaps a south facing hot tub?; a swimming pool?; a cinema?; a billiard room?; a lift? Well, the spanking new Bellacima Lodge has it all as well as a prime position opposite Dick’s Tea Bar for a spot of après ski.

The vision of VIP SKI’s Bellacima Lodge is a flagship development for VIP SKI’s MD Andy Sturt built by Meribel favourite Bernard Raffort. The chalet sleeps up to 12 with 5 bedrooms, each having access to a terrace or balcony. So how about a bit more on those special extras…

A dip is near the top of everyone’s list after a day on the slopes and with the south facing hot tub and swimming pool, this corner has been well and truly covered. Beyond the relaxation of the hot tub, basking in sunshine on the right day, is the counter current swimming pool. The endless pool is precision engineered for swimming, aquatic exercise and water therapy, just the perfect way to keep those skiing muscles from seizing up.

After a VIP SKI three course meal it is time to relax and let all the fine food settle. A billiard room is a fun addition to the VIP SKI chalet collection sure to create some laughs during after dinner games. The cinema is of course more subdued but welcome by young and old when only enough energy is left to slouch in a comfortable seat and watch a blockbuster on a state of the art screen.

When it all becomes too much

When skiing, food and Dick’s Tea Bar has taken its toll, a lift in the chalet is sure to be a welcome addition. It will whisk you towards the haven of your room in no time.

So with the whole day covered by VIP SKI in the Bellacima Lodge the only thing for the guests to do is prise themselves away from the chalet and on to the slopes.
