Virgin Australia Offers Free Of Charge Flight Changes For Guests Booked To Travel To Denpasar (Bali)

As a result of the ongoing volcanic eruption at Mt Rinjani affecting flights to and from Denpasar (Bali), Virgin Australia is offering guests booked to travel to Denpasar (Bali) the option of switching their flights to alternative holiday destinations.http://eventscrm.ttgasia.com/ttg2016/itcmchina/buyer/itcmbuyer.asp?code=GlobalTravelMedia

To be eligible, guests must have been booked to travel between Tuesday 3 November to Wednesday 11 November (inclusive) and must not have commenced their travel.

There are 12 different Australian and overseas island and coastal holiday destinations available. Guests may change their booking to a different destination for travel up to 30 days from their original travel date.

The new destinations available are:

  • Port Vila (Vanuatu)
  • Nadi (Fiji)
  • Apia (Samoa)
  • Phuket (Thailand)
  • Cairns
  • Darwin
  • Broome
  • Hamilton Island
  • Whitsunday Coast
  • Gold Coast
  • Brisbane
  • Sunshine Coast

Guests whose flights have been cancelled as a result of the volcanic activity will be able to change their booking to another date or alternative destination within 14 days without fee or receive a full travel credit by contacting our Guest Contact Centre on 07 3119 7019 (from Australia), 00 1803 061 2002 (from Indonesia) or +61 7 3119 7019 from other international locations.

 NB.
