Voyages to Antiquity, the industry’s premier boutique cruise line specializing in culturally immersive cruise-tours, today announced the release of its Winter 2014/2015 brochure, featuring the line’s return to India and Southeast Asia, as well as an inaugural visit to East Africa.

“This remarkable season features an amazingly broad scope of destinations, sights and experiences,” says James J. Applebaum, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Voyages to Antiquity.  “Each itinerary blends insightful exploration of the destination’s history with its unique natural wonders.”

The Winter 2014/15 cruise program marks a triumphant return to Southeast Asia for the line, whose inaugural winter season was fiercely impacted by severe ocean and weather conditions.  Consequently, the Winter 2013/14 program was postponed in favor of conducting an intensive restructuring of the collection.

“At Voyages to Antiquity, we hold ourselves unequivocally to the tradition of excellence our guests have come to expect from our cruises,” Applebaum explains.  “Our Winter 2014/15 season enhances the overall cultural experience in these regions while tactically avoiding areas vulnerable to adverse weather patterns.”

Highlights of the new Winter 2014/2015 cruise program from Voyages to Antiquity include:

  • 3-day Kenya safaris on Africa itineraries, with game drives at Tsavo & Amboseli National Parks
  • The immeasurable benefits of small-ship cruising, as Aegean Odyssey cruises through the Mekong Delta and up the Saigon River to berth in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City
