W Taipei Launches Wednesday “Guilt Free” American Theme Night at the Kitchen Table Restaurant

W Taipei’s the kitchen table presents “Guilt Free” American theme night on Wednesday to the diners who carve for the U.S. comfort food but would not feel guilty. Executive Chef Bradley Froehlich creates the authentic yet sinful menu offering the gourmet food around America.

The “Guilt Free” buffet dinner is served at TWD1,680+10% per person from now on every Wednesday 6pm – 9:30pm. Before Sep. 28th, guests could enjoy the summer special rate at TWD1,288+10%. “Guilt Free is the latest theme night at the kitchen table restaurant on every Wednesday,” said Patrick Duff,  W Taipei Director of Beverage and Food. “We want to provide not only the varieties of the food on the buffet counter, but also the tempting theme nights for our regular customers, like Tuesday Meat Me BBQ night and Fish Market seafood night on Friday and Saturday.”

Guests could gulp the awfully-yummy American dishes at the theme night buffet, from “New England clam chowder with oyster crackers,” “All American pizza with Mozzarella cheese, sausage, bacon, salami,” “Buffalo hot wings,” “Maryland crab cakes with spiced remoulade,” to “Mustard & herb crusted New York strip loin with black Truffle Bordelaise sauce,” and “Ray Ray’s Texas smoked beef brisket with natural jus, assorted mustards, corn bread” on the Carving Station. Moreover, Tex Mex station offers “Tacos, Fajitas, Burritos with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh salsa.” “Grilled Alaskan salmon with charred citrus butter,” “Hickory smoked maple beef short ribs,” and “Southwest crusted lamb chops” are served on the Mid West BBQ section. Last but not least, the American food trip would not be completed without having a jar of Milk Shake, including “Chocolate fudge brownie, Salted caramel & peanut, Nutella & salted pretzel, and French vanilla.”

The kitchen table is on level 10 of W Taipei, where to explore international cuisine inspired by flavors and spices from all over the world. With bright yellow and white hues with a lofted, spacious and happy atmosphere showcasing the colorful ceramic “Chrysalis” butterfly installation on the walls. The restaurant is adjacent to the al fresco dining area with a barbeque station while gazing at the dazzling city skyline.
