Want to hear a string of puns and jokes in flight?

March 30, 2017 Headline News No Comments Email Email

If you enjoy having a member of cabin crew deliver a fast-paced monologue of puns and Christmas-cracker-type jokes in an Irish accent, there is one airline that will fulfil your need.

The carrier? You guessed it. Ryanair.

Here’s a sample, but first an example: “Have you heard about the man who was living in a tyre? He got a puncture, he now lives in a flat.”

Boom-boom!

The unidentified flight attendant, a wannabe stand-up comedian, took the microphone on a flight from Glasgow to Dublin to deliver the stream of one-liners.

The patter and blarney went down well after St Patrick’s Day. Passenger Sinéad Greene told Independent.ie that he was the “best flight attendant ever”.

The video lets viewers judge for themselves.
