Adding a dash of Mediterranean influence to the dishes, Waterfront Bar & Terrace at Harbour Grand Kowloon presents a brand new a la carte menu to awaken its discerning guests’ palate.
New signature highlights to look forward to from Mr Marco Furlan, Chef de Cuisine include: A feast of Chef’s Mediterranean antipasti selections as a wonderful start; Handmade Parma ham ravioli and Baked whole Italian sea bream to make every mouthful magical; Ending on a sweet note, the traditional Tiramisu and Classic Millefoglie and blueberry cheese cannolo would be good choices of dessert.
