JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong ushers in the Year of the Monkey with an array of delicious culinary creations and seasonal specials at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, JW Café and The Lounge. Signature festive takeaways including Man Ho’s ever-popular Lin Gao (Chinese Pudding) are available from 15 January to 6 February 2016.

From 1 to 17 February, look forward to a delicious selection of new dim sum and auspicious à la carte creations just for the Lunar New Year celebrations. Plan your family reunion meals or business gatherings and take pleasure in exquisite culinary highlights, which include steamed assorted vegetable dumpling (HK$80 per dish); baked barbecued pork tart with walnut (HK$80 per dish); steamed beef tongue with bamboo pith, mushroom and vegetable (HK$280 per dish); sautéed prawn with salted egg yolk (HK$330 per dish); and braised sliced abalone, sea cucumber, dried oyster, pig’s tongue and sea moss (HK$560 per dish). Irresistible set menus from HK$8,888 for 10 persons will be available during lunch and dinner, featuring a collection of authentic Cantonese dishes such as sautéed scallop with kale and lily bulb in X.O. chilli sauce; braised dried oyster and conpoy with sea moss; crispy roast chicken; and fried glutinous rice with Chinese preserved meat and dried shrimp.


Feast on a magnificent spread of seafood, barbecued dishes and other Asian and international culinary creations, combined with traditional Lunar New Year dishes from the dinner buffet menu from 8 to 10 February. Enjoy dishes like roast whole suckling pig, braised fish maw and sea cucumber with oyster sauce; braised South African abalone with Yunnan ham; as well as other specialties like Alaskan king crab legs and Iberico ham with Hami melon.


Indulge in a sumptuous Sunday brunch on 7 February or a delightful festive-themed afternoon tea buffet from 8 to 10 February to celebrate the Chinese New Year with friends and family. An ensemble of culinary creations from the live cooking stations includes roast Peking duck; double-boiled seafood dumpling and king crab meat in supreme soup; pan-fried conpoy and preserved sausage turnip cake with X.O. chilli sauce; pan-fried Lin Gao with taro paste; hand-crafted exquisite dim sum and sweetened hasma soup with almond and egg white.


Complement a perfect home celebration with Man Ho’s signature Chinese Lin Gao or Chinese pudding (HK$288 nett per box) and turnip cake (HK$298 nett per box), for sale from 15 January to 6 February.
