Asia specialist travel company, Wendy Wu Tours has won the Feefo Award for Excellence in Customer Service in the Small Size Company category at the 2016 British Travel Awards, which was held in London on 23 November 2016.
The escorted tour expert also won silver in the Best Small Holiday Company to East & Central Asia category. This is the fifth year running that Wendy Wu Tours have been British Travel Award Winners.
The awards were accepted on behalf of Wendy Wu and the London team by Wendy Wu Tours Sales director John Warr and Head of Marketing, Ben Briggs.
