Duncan Taylor D&T NC2 Collection Isle of Arran 11 years 1999 (HK$819), distilled at Isle of Arran in 1999 and aged for 11 years, is a Whisky of outstanding quality from one of Scotland’s prime Whisky producing regions. The spirit is in its natural form—absent of any colouring or filtering—and has an abundance of flavours including apple peel, pear cider and crème caramel. For those who prefer to enjoy their whisky “neat,” it is a perfect addition to the liquor cabinet.

Duncan Taylor Cask Strength Glen Grant 17 yrs 1995 (HK$1,390) was aged for 17 years in one of Speyside, Scotland’s most classic distilleries. The flavour is straightforward with a rich, malty sweetness and a strong kick. Known as a “dying breed” of whisky, it’s a must-try for any Whisky enthusiast.

The Macallan 21 years Old Fine Oak Whisky (HK$3,950) has been allowed to mature for 21 years in the finest oak casks at Easter Elchies Estate in Scotland. It has an intense rich aroma with hints of oranges, peat, vanilla and wood smoke. Known for its exceptional elegance, poise and refinement, the peaty flavours of this spirit pair well with a cigar.

The Suntory Yamazaki Limited Edition 2014 (HK$2,890) is a limited-edition Japanese Whisky composed of three single malts which come together to form a soft, velvety spirit with notes of vanilla and honey. The whisky has a woody spice to it with impressive depth. The limited-edition gift box makes it an excellent item for collectors.

The Macallan Red Ribbon Single Malt 1950 (HK$71,790) is a rare Speyside, Scotland spirit which was distilled in 1950 and bottled during the early 1980s. The highly collectible vintage bottle (which has a special, handwritten label) is for the Whisky aficionado who is hard to impress.
