Samba, salsa and tango

Tempo Holidays has launched a special dance-themed tour of South America where clients will learn how to rumba, tango, samba and salsa.

The 14-day Samba, Salsa and Tango tour departs 3 March 2013 and combines visits to natural and cultural highlights in Chile, Argentina and Brazil with a series of hands-on dance workshops from $3995* per person twin share.

The itinerary starts in Santiago and includes cueca and rumba lessons and winery visits before moving to Buenos Aires for a sightseeing tour of the city including the colourful La Boca district, a tango workshop and a lively tango show.

It also includes a visit to both the Argentinean and Brazilian sides of Iguassu Falls, a salsa and samba workshop in Rio de Janeiro, a full day city tour taking in Sugar Loaf Mountain, Copacabana Beach and Corcovado Mountain and a 4WD drive tour through the lush jungles of Tijuca Atlantic Forest.

The tour includes accommodation with daily breakfast, some dinners and lunches, airfares from Santiago to Buenos Aires to Iguassu Falls to Rio, private coach transfers on group flights, sightseeing as per itinerary, entrance fees to Iguassu National Park, porterage, taxes and service charges.
