July 4, 2019 Responsible Tourism No Comments Email Email

Hikes to Western Australia’s wild Explosion Gorge, sunsets spent overlooking the vast landscape at Branco’s Lookout and boat adventures cruising the Kimberley’s towering Chamberlain Gorge are all included as part of El Questro Resort’s new Adventure Package at Emma Gorge.

Designed to offer an exhilarating experience of the remote Kimberley wilderness and a real escape from the busyness of everyday life, the El Questro Adventure Package also returns a ten per cent donation of rates to Australia’s best-known mental health support service, Beyond Blue – a first-time arrangement for the resort.
An escape to the Kimberley region offers visitors a chance to enjoy open horizons, explore dramatic landscapes complete with swimming in the Zebedee Thermal Springs, walk among the coastal forests or along crystal-clear creeks and relax under star-lit night skies. With no mobile phone reception and limited wifi connection, it’s a chance for guests to take time out and reconnect with family and friends, or to take a well-earned break in this spectacular natural location.

Included in the Adventure Package are three nights’ accommodation in one of Emma Gorge’s tented cabins, select Kimberley adventures for two and complimentary return transfers to Kununurra airport. A swag of optional extras includes early morning fishing for barramundi, horse riding, scenic flights or heli tours to discover the most untouched reaches of the region.

On sale now, the Adventure Package is available for stays until September 25, 2019# with rates starting at $399* per person twin share. Bonus adventures and transfers for two people are valued at $980^, representing incredible savings from $490 per person on the deal.

El Questro Adventure Package rates are extended to next year’s Emma Gorge season for stays from May 1 – September 25, 2020.

Resting at the heart of the Kimberley’s 700,000-acre outback expanse, El Questro offers a range of accommodation options for every traveller from glamping and hotel-style facilities to the rarefied surroundings of an intimate luxury lodge. Opportunities for adventure abound, with guided walks, fishing and helicopter tours all on offer for exploring the gorges, rivers and ranges of Western’s Australia’s most thrilling inland wilderness.
