Winebeast Restaurants Feature a Month-Long Le French GourMay Menus

This May, Winebeast restaurants, Le Bistro Winebeast and A.O.C (Eat & Drink) celebrate all things blue, white and red for the wonderfully titled Le French GourMay 2017. The restaurants have created specialised menus that will be served during the entire month.

Known for French cuisine with an Asian flair, Chef Johan of Le Bistro Winebeast was inspired to create a menu that reflects his roots from France. Quintessentially French ingredients appear on the 4-course dinner menu ($458 without wine, $558 with wine pairing) at the upscale bistro, Le Bistro Winebeast, including seasonal French Roasted Pigeon, turnip, confit pear, prune condiment, Filltet of Smoked Sardine, Pedro Ximenez Gran Reserva vinegar marinade, pear marmalade, enoki mushroom salad, Grilled Octopus, cherry vinaigrette, Espelette pepper, olive oil and sweetened by Brittany Shortbread dipped in yuzu cream, grapefruit and blood orange sorbet.

Easy going, A.O.C celebrates French culture with wholesome 3-course menu ($308 without wine, $398 with wine pairing) put together by Chef Stéphane starting with Mackerel with tomato water, verbena, Champagne granite, diving into the main course with Veal Rump, spinach, rhubarb, enoki mushroom, Meaux mustard condiment and climaxed by mouth-watering dessert Biscuit of Reims, peach cream with Ras El Hanout North African spice, lemon sorbet
