WINiT by GBTA, a network driving positive change for the career mobility of women in the travel-related industries, announced that it will be delivering a career development workshop as part of ITM Conference 2019 on 29 April at the Hilton Brighton Metropole.
The workshop, “Building (and Being) a Team of Leaders,” will feature an insightful and interactive discussion with several UK-based female industry executives. This panel will come together to share simple but impactful strategies attendees can apply to cultivate a team of leaders. From hiring and retaining the right talent to fostering a leadership style that is transparent and authentic, attendees will leave armed with strategies, behaviors and mindsets they can incorporate into their work tomorrow to create a ‘leading’ team.
