Now, WL Bistro invites guests on a culinary tour of Malaysia with an exploration of cuisine characterised by distinct flavours and precise preparation. Joining Chef Tommy for this special promotion is renowned Chef Zaihari Zainol from Four Seasons Resort Langkawi in Malaysia.
From September 19 to 27, 2015, Chef Zaihari Zainol will prepare a special Malaysian set menu as well as a la carte choices at WL Bistro, including several of his signature dishes. Guests may choose the delicate fried fish with honey tamarind sauce, and beef lovers will delight in Chef Zaihari Zainol’s beef rendang, and everyone will want to try his signature crab curry with pineapple.
