The World Airline Awards
The World Airline Awards are a global measure of outstanding performance in the airline industry. Rather than being decided upon by a jury, the Awards are based on the results of the world’s largest customer survey in the airline industry, which is carried out by public opinion researcher Skytrax every year. Over 18 million airline passengers from over 160 countries evaluate around 200 airlines. The detailed results of the World Airlines Awards can be found at www.worldairlineawards.com.
