Worldhotels Celebrates World Flavours with Recipes from Its Most Acclaimed Chefs

Worldhotels is whetting appetites for world travel and cross cultural kitchen adventures with a new cookbook showcasing the signature recipes of award-winning chefs from affiliate properties around the globe.

Comprising more than 500 independent hotels of unique character and distinction, the Worldhotels property network collectively employs thousands of expert chefs, but only the most elite cordons bleus from the kitchens of some 30 member properties were chosen to contribute their prized creations to the new cookbook.

Entitled Discover Our Kitchens – A Journey of the Senses, the new cookbook presents a spectacular array of enticing recipes from Europe, Asia and the Americas, each dish embodying unique flavours of a particular city or region and tuned to perfection by a celebrated Worldhotels affiliate chef.

Discover Our Kitchens – A Journey of the Senses will delight the food connoisseur and seasoned traveler alike with dazzling photos to evoke associations of the rich experiences that travel and dining bring.

Global media network CNN spiced it up by providing CNN Travel content for cities/ regions highlighted along with the recipes. Each recipe comes with a mouthwatering photo and brief description of the hotel where the recipe originated.

Some of these tantalizing recipes include: maple glazed salmon with gazpacho, a favourite at the Stamford Plaza Hotel in Auckland, New Zealand; Menjari chocolate tart from the opulent Empire Hotel & Country Club in Brunei; deep-fried tuna sashimi with melon and cucumber salad, one of the exquisite specialties of the Hotel Opera, Zurich; and the local grilled blue marlin served by sparkling tropical beaches in the luxurious Furama Resort Danang, Vietnam.
