Master Chef Nicolas Cloiseau boldly uses the lightness in his laurels of entwined holly leaves, accented in gold, as a swirling metaphor for a chocolate wonderland.

Delectable treats breathlessly suspended in air, Nicolas pricks the leaves to add light to a dizzying effect. Perforated, curled, etched, the holly bows to his creative gestures with mesmerising finesse. The elements of this collage are always a breath away from colliding. A to-and-fro of upstrokes and downstrokes lets the light shine in. The chocolate possesses nuances with jolting intensities, be they creamy, crisp or golden. Its heart unveils a wreath set in fine gold, a testament to rare and precious craftsmanship.

Among all the magical Christmas decorations, the immortal holly is unrivalled. It dresses up this holiday collection with cherished treats of specially selected nuts in the mendiant. Nicolas Cloiseau captures the beauty of chocolate in movement. This whirlwind of magical illusions showcases luxurious attention to detail ever faithful to the art of gourmandise.

An anthology of ephemeral art and a toast to fine craftsmanship, the Wreath of Wonder of Nicolas Cloiseau underscores the savoir-faire of chocolate, and will be a must-have for holiday festivities.

The “Holiday Delicacies” Collection is a toast to cherished holiday flavours and textures. Cacao with notes of rare citrus, subtle and spicy infusions, acidulous fruit pastes, the always-popular almond paste as well as a luscious praline with mendiant nuts. Five new creations to flatter our palates with the refinement of chocolate constantly renewed and revisited.


Citrus Cacao

Flaunting its aromatic subtleties, this cacao from Madagascar adds panache with its lovely acidulous notes. A dark ganache, with crisp citrus notes in particular orange, beautifully associates the bitterness of the fruit with the intensity of the chocolate.

Cinnamon and Fig 

An emblematic expression of Holiday spices, the infusion of the leaf and bud of the cinnamon tree subtly releases refined cinnamon notes into this dark chocolate ganache with slivers of moist figs. Lovely notes of chocolate appear at the finish with round sweet flavours.

Exotic Passion

Christmas takes on an exotic air in this dark chocolate ganache with two layers: crisp acidulous notes of a fine passion fruit paste appear first on the palate, then accentuate the sweetness of the half milk/half dark chocolate ganache enhanced with banana and accented with lime. 

Mendiant Gourmand 

A study in contrasts describes this mendiant with its delicate almond praline with slivers of crunchy and silky nuts. Caramelised almonds and hazelnuts, pistachios and candied orange blended in a robust chocolate, resulting in a praline with lovely notes of roasted almonds.

A Toast to Nuts

With a nod to the traditional sweets of the holidays, the maison almond paste is emboldened by a wonderful new association of almonds, walnuts from the Périgord and pecans. Just imagine the wonderful flavour of nuts with the delicate grainy texture of almond paste and lovely notes of delicate honey.
