Wuhan and Vancouver, New Best Destinations

AirfanceIn June 2015, two new Air France long-haul destinations benefit from the Company’s latest cabins.

Fly off to Wuhan (China) and Vancouver (Canada) in optimum travel comfort. The gradual entry into service of the BEST-equipped Boeing 777s will allow us to offer these cabins once-weekly to Vancouver and up to three times weekly to Wuhan during the 2015 summer season.

Wuhan and Vancouver, new BEST destinations


Starting from 15 June 2015, up to three weekly flights will be operated by Boeing 777 Best during the summer season. With exceptional cabins, personalized services at the airport and on board for Chinese customers, Air France offers customers the best on its routes linking Europe to Asia.

Flight times (local time)

AF132: leaves Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 16:30, arriving in Wuhan at 9:20 the following day
AF139: Leaves Wuhan at 11:25, arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 11:10.


Inaugurated on 29 March 2015, the new Air France service to Vancouver will benefit from the Company’s brand new cabins once a week starting 22 June.

AF 374: Leaves Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 10:35, arriving in Vancouver at 11:50
AF 379: Leaves Vancouver at 13:55, arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 8:35 the following day

Air France’s new BEST cabins are now available to the following destinations:

– North America – New York*, Toronto; Vancouver
– South America – Sao Paulo;
– Africa – Douala, Malabo;
– Middle East – Dubaï*;
– Asia -Guangzhou, Jakarta*, Shanghai, Singapore*, Tokyo-Haneda*, Wuhan

In Air France’s new Business cabin, Air France has created a real cocoon in the sky. The seat adapts to the shape of each individual, from seating position to a true bed close to two metres long. At the heart of the curved structure, each passenger creates their own space, enveloping and protective, according to their desires. The seat’s soft foam is designed to offer impeccable quality of sleep. The bed’s enveloping and padded headboard conveys an impression of being in a warm, contemporary room, a signature feature of Air France seats. The soft duvet and XXL-sized feather down pillow have also been designed with the passenger’s optimum sleeping comfort in mind.


In Premium Economy, customers enjoy more comfortable seat cushions and a multi-position footrest, which further improves the comfort of this cabin. In Economy, the new seat has been completely redesigned, with more legroom, new seat cushions, softer headrests and a larger tray table. Everything has been redesigned to offer optimum travel comfort. There are also new features such as electric sockets and headphone holders.
