China boasts eight major regional cuisines, including Cantonese from down south and Zhejiang from the upper southeast of the country.
What happens when a Zhejiang chef comes to a Cantonese restaurant? Four SeasonsHotel Guangzhou may have the answer. Chef Wang Yong from at Jin Sha will visit the Cantonese restaurant Yu Yue Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou for a Taste of West Lake Zhejiang cuisine promotion. This first ever Chinese gourmet crossover at Yu Yue Heen will take place from July 20 to 28, 2015, introducing a selection of classic Zhejiang dishes presented by the award-winning Chef Wang.
