Appointment – New Food and Beverage Manager at Renaissance Resort & Spa Koh Samui Mr. Didier Guillaume Henri Guiaux
Mr. Lutz Mueller, General Manager of the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa, is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Didier Guillaume Henri Guiaux as the new Food and Beverage Manager.
Originally from the Netherlands, Mr. Didier gained his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality from the prestigious Hotel-school The Hague, one of the best training centers in the world. After gaining some experience from a handful of European establishments, including the Westin Turnberry Resort in Scotland, he swiftly moved into the international stage as he searched for professional experience in China. Here he acted as Manager for the Sheraton Hongqiao Hotel Shanghai’s own award winning Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant; as well as managing Westin Hongqiao Hotel Shanghai’s Seasonal Tastes restaurant, where his innovative “Bubbalicious Sunday Brunch” quickly became Beijing’s most famous brunch.
“Mr. Guiaux brings a decade of experience in the international hospitality and F&B industries. His innovative and contemporary approach to the day-to-day operations and long term goals will perfectly integrate with the Renaissance’s efforts to consolidate its modern lifestyle brand.
