July 10, 2012 Car No Comments Print Print Email Email

Hertz has added 12-seater minibuses to its New Zealand rental fleet, providing great new opportunities for group travel.

The new Toyota Hiace minibuses have been  introduced to provide even more choice for Hertz customers, opening opportunities for travel by groups including families, schools, clubs, friends and conference participants.

The minibuses are ideal for a range of activities, including sports and ski trips, day tours and even visits to New Zealand’s many wine regions, enabling passengers to enjoy tasting trips while being driven by a designated driver.

The new vehicles are available from Hertz branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Bookings also can be made on a request basis at locations outside these cities, and will incur a repositioning fee on rentals of less than three days.

Drivers must be at least 25 years of age to be eligible to rent.  An Accident Damages Excess applies, in addition to Hertz standard rental terms and conditions. Insurance options are available to reduce the Accident Damages Excess to nil.

Snow chains are available with advanced reservations.
