Holiday Autos Advise Booking car Hire Abroad Early to Take Advantage of Silver Anniversary Sale This May
One in five (19%) of today’s travellers are putting themselves at risk of not getting a hire car for their holiday this year by planning to wait until they get to the airport before arranging car hire, according to Holiday Autos.
Figures from the UK’s largest car hire broker reveal that these “car hire chancers” face paying up to 30% more for car hire if they book last minute (less than a month in advance).
Holiday Autos is advising customers to hire well before they fly in order to avoid paying extra for their holiday car, with now being the perfect time to book as Holiday Autos continues its 25% sale on car rentals in 25 of its most popular destinations, launched to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
The second week of the sale will feature popular family favourites such as Tenerife, Lanzarote, Dalaman and Bodrum, while closer-to-home city breaks in Barcelona, Salzburg and Vienna will also prove value for money. If you want to make it a German affair, those booking car hire in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich will also enjoy the anniversary discount this week.
