G Adventures employee shaves his head for New Delhi street kids
G Adventures employee, Steve Ladgrove, agreed to have his hair shaved into any hairstyle the G Adventures team chose if the office managed to raise at least 500 dollars for charitable organisation, Planeterra, last Friday.
The team decided to donate this money to a Planeterra program, The New Delhi Streetkids Project. The team raised $1,470.
As a result, the G Adventures team shaved Steve’s hair, and he had to keep the chosen hairstyle until Monday morning at work. For an added twist, it also happened to be Steve’s birthday over that weekend.
