Virgin Australia Airlines will assist Air Australia passengers stranded in Denpasar after administrators were appointed last night.

Virgin Australia Group Executive of Corporate Communications Danielle Keighery said the airline would provide Air Australia guests with special fares to allow them to travel home from Denpasar to Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne for USD$199, excluding baggage oneway for sale until midnight Monday 20 February for departures until Friday 2 March 2012.

“We encourage disrupted Guests to book via the website www.virginaustralia.com to take advantage of special fares.

“Guests will need to provide details of their existing Air Australia ticket (including reservation number, travel date and flight number) and will then be able to purchase our discounted fares,” Ms. Keighery said.

Other terms and conditions apply. Flights are subject to availability. For further information go to www.virginaustralia.com
