Meet The Minister – Tuesday August 21
The Tourism Industry Council NSW, in partnership with Group Colleges Australia, has the pleasure of inviting you to our Meet the Ministerevent to be held on Tuesday August 21st at the Jubilee Room, NSW Parliament House 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
The Council is fortunate to welcome the New South Wales Minister for Tourism, Major Events, Hospitality and Racing, and Minister for the Arts, The Honourable George Souris MP as our guest speaker to provide the industry with an important overview of the Visitor Economy Taskforce report.
George has inherited a significant range of Ministerial portfolios and responsibilities since the election of the O’Farrell Government last year and we look forward to hearing his views and an update on the state of play in tourism across New South Wales.
This evening’s host is Mrs Roza Sage, the Member for Blue Mountains. Roza was elected to Parliament in March 2011 and has been a very strong advocate and supporter for tourism businesses in her electorate and the wider Blue Mountains region.
As is always the case with our Meet the Minister events, a wide range of Ministers and Members of Parliament will be in attendance. It is a great opportunity to meet and network with your elected Parliamentary representatives and industry colleagues in a relaxed and informal manner.
Tickets are just $50 for members and $75 for guests!
