Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe’s Il Ponte Launches ‘Pizza & Pasta Mania’

Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe’s signature Italian trattoria, Il Ponte, is announcing “Pizza and Pasta Mania”, an unbeatable offer to sample the best of Italian pizza and pasta in Guangzhou. 

From now until Dec 30, 2011 diners can select one pizza plus one pasta dish from the menu for only RMB 98 plus 15% service charge per person.

Italian chef Diego Bugno’s pastas and pizzas ooze authenticity with the finest imported cheeses and toppings.

Pastas on the tasting menu highlight Il Ponte’s signature dishes, from traditional items such as spaghetti with clams to innovative creations such as spicy ‘Angry Style’ penne with chilli, fettucine and chicken liver.

Among provincial Italian specialties are Bolognese-style homemade ‘Butterfly’ pasta with black ink squid and the famous seafood lasagne ofVenice.

Chef Bugno’s authentic Italian pizzas are already becoming established as legendary in Guangzhou and the promotion invites diners to savour a wide range of his specialties.

Diners can try an extensive selection of pizza slices from classic Margherita, Napolitana and ‘Quattro Formaggi’ Four Cheeses to Diavola, with chilli and spicy salami, and contemporary classics topped with prosciutto and mushroom, seafood, air-dried beef, rocket salad, smoked salmon, tuna and a vegetarian combo of grilled eggplant, red bell pepper,  zucchini and spinach.
