The elegant hotel recently formalised an official hotel partnership with the iconic Arts Centre, to coincide with Hamer Hall’s reopening this week after a dazzling $128.5 million renovation. The Love the Yarra Arts add-on also includes the ‘Symphony’ tasting platter for two in ARIA Bar & Lounge – specially created in celebration of the official partnership.
The Symphony tasting platter features some of Melba’s signature dishes, including:
