For the hotel’s meeting planners, GroupMAX offers a set of online tools to proactively increase block pickup while reducing the known difficulties of managing contracted room blocks. Using any web browser or mobile device, planners can easily monitor their event’s room block with live metrics on block pickup, booking pace and other data that helps optimize room block performance.
In addition, groups that prefer to book their hotel rooms using room lists will now be able to leverage GroupMAX’s advanced room list tool which converts any Excel file containing reservation data into confirmed hotel reservations instantly and in a PCI-compliant manner. The room list tool also allows meeting planners to self-manage their room list revisions online, thus transforming a once laborious and risky process into an automated and secure one.
