From today, agents across Australia and New Zealand will have access to the new and improved Cruising for Excellence online training tool.

Including brand new modules for both Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, the Cruising for Excellence training will ensure agents have up to date knowledge of the five Royal Caribbean and Celebrity ships visiting our region this season as well as an overview of the cruises the company offers overseas.

Commercial Manager, Adam Armstrong believes that with the local deployment of megaliner Voyager of the Seas in Australia this summer, consumer interest in cruising is set to increase.

“The revamped Cruising for Excellence training tool will allow agents to speak knowledgeably about these new ships and assist them in selling Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Azamara Club cruises,” he said.

“With Australians cruising in record numbers, we want to help our agents continue to make as many sales as possible. We are excited about bringing the largest ship the region has ever seen to Australia this summer.”

The modules include Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Specialty Dining, Rhapsody of the Seas and Radiance of the Seas. Agents who complete the training by October 12 have the opportunity to win one of eight cruises for two. First prize is a 14 night cruise with Azamara Club Cruises. Second prize is four one night cruises on Celebrity Solstice with third prize three one night cruises on Voyager of the Seas. For terms and conditions visit www.royalcaribbean.com.au/CFE
