Zuma Hong Kong Partners with Ruinart for New Brunch Offering

Zuma Hong Kong has partnered with Ruinart, the world’s oldest and most premium champagne, to bring an extra level of luxury to their weekend brunch offering.

Founded in 1729 in Reims, North Eastern France, Ruinart Champagne was the first ‘wine with bubbles’ and was the forefather of Champagne.  Globally recognised as amongst the finest champagne houses Ruinart’s Brut and Blanc de Blancs champagne make the perfect accompaniment to Zuma’s premium food offerings.

Committed to providing dishes of only the highest quality Zuma’s dedicated team prepare fresh food by the minute for buffet and a la carte options. The open kitchen is always a hub of activity where guests can watch chefs expertly creating selections of sushi, sashimi, tempura, salads,  robata grill items and the table sharing platters, with highlight dishes such as Ribeye Steak with Wafu Sauce and Garlic CrispsGrilled Barley Miso Chicken Thigh with Spicy Ponzu and Teriyaki Salmon Fillet with Sliced Pickled Cucumber.

Guests can choose from the Deluxe Beverage Package [HKD688 per person] that offers free flow “r” de Ruinart nv champagne, wine, beer, sake and blood mary. The Premium Beverage Package [HKD1,288 per person] allows guest to enjoy the luxury of freeflow Ruinart blanc de blancs nv. Anyone looking to skip the alcohol can enjoy a food only package that is served with Zuma’s refreshing and cleansing iced teas [HKD548 per person]. Zuma’s flexible timings means guests can make bookings for two hour sittings anytime between 11:00am and 3:00pm, the kitchens close brunch service at 5:00pm. Guests are of welcome throughout the day to continue their experience upstairs in the lounge, where multi award-winning bar manager Arkadiusz Rybak and his team are on hand to serve their renowned cocktails to the backdrop of music and a relaxed setting.
