Spread the love

20 years ago, the concept of Art Safari was born from a love and passion for travel and art by Mary-Anne Bartlett.

Now a world leader in adventure travel for artists, Art Safari has pioneered the unique experience of combining trips to amazing destinations with painting. It all began on Mary-Anne’s second visit to Malawi. There she sketched and painted everything from wildlife to landscapes, from people to new buildings and concrete blocks.

Mary-Anne, founder of Art Safari said: “My time out in Malawi involved me in events and actions I could never have dreamt of. Including conservation and anti-poaching, presidents and princesses, and in the beginning, many deep friendships – it was not simply the excitement and love of a truly wild part of the world.”

Art Safari has since been taking thousands of travellers on breath-taking trips to over 40 beautiful destinations. And it continues to scour the globe, in search of new ‘once in a lifetime’ experiences to share with its guests.

Visit the Malawi stand at the World Travel Market exhibition 4-5 November, where you can meet Mary-Anne in person. Alternatively, for more information, visit the Art Safari website at www.artsafari.co.uk.
