Evergreen Cruises & Tours first Star-Ship cruising the Mekong River welcomed her first guests on board on 31 August 2019. Emerald Harmony, the line’s first custom-built Star-Ship outside of Europe, has been specially designed to cruise into Ho Chi Minh City, offering river access into the heart of the city.
To mark the inaugural sailing “first look” images of Emerald Harmony’s stylish and contemporary interior have been released, showcasing the spacious suites and public areas, the signature Sun and Pool decks, the Horizon Bar & Lounge, the Lotus Lounge and Reflections Restaurant.

In a move set to replicate initiatives across the European fleet, Emerald Harmony will become the first Star-Ship to remove the use of all single-use plastic on board. Initiatives include providing all guests with a complementary metal water bottle to refill from water stations on the Star-Ship, provision of glass water bottles in the cabins, using bamboo and paper straws in the Reflections Restaurant & Horizon Bar, and the miniature bathroom amenities bottles will be replaced with refillable dispensers.
