A Connoisseur’s Experience – The Art of Sushi luxury experience provides guests with a one-of-a-kind cultural encounter in the heart of the upscale Tokyo suburb of Ginza. In a private session, guests are invited to a renowned local sushi restaurant to learn the art of sushi-making with the head chef.
With the restaurant reserved for private use until dinner time, guests enjoy exclusive use of the restaurant for their sushi-making lesson and lunch. Following chef’s instructions step-by-step, guests gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of Japan’s most famous cuisine, learning not only how to prepare restaurant-grade sushi, but getting insight into its history and cultural significance.
