From August onwards, Hagi Japanese Restaurant at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin takes authentic, yet creative Japanese cuisine to new heights with its all-new à la carte selection that redefines your culinary experience of the popular fare. Created by the restaurant’s talented culinary team, led by an experienced Japanese Sous Chef, Narongsak Thongchue, the new menu offer a variety of tastes, textures and techniques in many delectable creations.

Highlight dishes include Rossini roll, your new favourite sushi maki that features Teriyaki foie-gras and Australian beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce, Japanese Sake-sautéed clams, a dish that boasts the clams’ freshness with sophisticated flavours from sake, garlic and zucchini, simplicity at its best, and Spicy shrimp Miso soup, a traditional Japanese soup recreated with a richer taste and aroma of Thai Tom Yam herbs.

Other must-try dishes from the menu see diners enjoying Tiger shrimp and foie-gras steamed egg custard, a melt-in-your-mouth delight for all, and Akami tuna carpaccio, tuna of sashimi grade that pairs perfectly with a flavoursome ponzu sauce & Japanese chilli.
