A Perfect Stay Welcomes Luxury Properties to Growing Portfolio

November 26, 2019 Hotel News No Comments Email Email

Byron Bay based private accommodation specialists, A Perfect Stay, has added exciting new properties to its extensive portfolio, including luxury homes along Australia’s east coast.

A Perfect Stay has experienced continual growth since acquiring Melbourne-based company Boutique Stays earlier in the year, signing-on numerous properties ranging from apartments, beach shacks, country style cottages, mega-mansions and eco-friendly homes. Key recent acquisitions include the notable super-luxe properties Soma and Bay Rock House.

Soma is a brand new exclusive retreat ideal for incentive travel, business retreats or large groups. Sleeping up to 20 guests, Soma comes complete with a geodesic yoga dome, Ayurvedic treatment rooms, a stargazing ceiling, freshwater infinity pool and an organic syntropic garden.

Set within 22 acres of rainforest, Soma is the ultimate immersive travel destination, tapping into the wellness trend, which is driving travellers to Byron Bay. A Perfect Stay understand that guests want more than just a holiday home, they want an experience and this is always considered when signing properties.

“We’ve listened to our guests and we understand that they want more than simply a holiday home. Guests care about proximity to beaches, shops and transport, which we always consider when signing on a property.

Recently we’ve seen a trend toward guests wanting a more immersive style of travel, which is why we work closely with local contractors to provide everything from in-house massage and child care to more niche activities such as crystal healings and local market tours,” says National Marketing Manager Angela Spehr.

Another notable addition to the A Perfect Stay collection is Bay Rock House, an architecturally designed luxury home right by Tallow Beach in Byron Bay. Inspired by nature, Paul Uhlmann Architects utilised stone and timber features with floor to ceiling glazing to capture stunning ocean and Lighthouse views.

The striking property boasts a 20m-lap pool, wrapping around the edge of the home, complete with spa and an expansive outdoor terrace area, which showcases unrivalled views of the iconic Byron Bay Lighthouse and ocean.

“Since our recent acquisition of Boutique Stays we have seen continual growth in our property portfolio across Byron Bay, Queensland and Victoria. We are looking forward to continuing growth into new markets, with a focus on Sydney, into 2020”, says Spehr.

A Perfect Stay’s network of 300 properties are located in destinations across the east coast of Australia, including Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Scotts Head, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Sydney, Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Determined to create a streamlined ‘perfect’ holiday experience for guests and homeowners, A Perfect Stay provides more than just a booking platform. Unlike Airbnb or Stayz, A Perfect Stay manages each property from directing renovation, styling and on-boarding, to guest vetting, exchange of keys, cleaning, ongoing maintenance and liaison – with managers available 24/7 throughout each guest’s stay.

Properties listed with A Perfect Stay are categorised to suit a variety of travel needs including Pet-friendly; Family-friendly; ‘Super luxe’; Romantic; Waterfront; Beachfront and Affordable accommodation styles.
