Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Choong, dedicates a robust yet graceful menu featuring his most trusted recipes to honour your super dad. There will be a plenty to make the taste buds sing! Stellar creations include Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone, Fish Maw and Korean Black Garlic, Pan Fried Noodles with Fresh Water Prawn, Dried Shrimps, x Roe in Egg Sauce and; Deep Fried Boneless Chicken with Chinese Barbecue Sauce and Onion Ring.

Equally tantalising choices are the Chef’s Specialty Platter (chilled smoked duck with jelly fish, crispy salmon skin with salted egg yolk, poached shrimp wonton with hot and spicy sauce), Braised Mushrooms and Baby Pak Choy with Superior Sauce; and Oven Baked Salmon Fillet with Teriyaki Sauce.

Finishing off the fare are desserts including Crystal Longevity Bun with Chilled Pumpkin Soup with Sea Coconut and Sago or Hot Sweetened Soy Bean with Gingko Nuts and Snow Fungus. Alternatively, opt for the Chilled Red Dates Soup with Peach Gum and Sea Coconut.

The set menus are available for both lunch and dinner and each set is priced at RM138.00nett (Set A), RM188.00nett (Set B) and RM218.00nett (Set C) per person for a minimum order of two persons.
