The Accommodation, Hospitality & Tourism industry are one of the largest employers in Australia with significant projected growth. A Deloitte report projects 285,000 new jobs in the hospitality and tourism industry by 2025, and finding good talent is becoming an increasing issue for the industry.
In collaboration with the National Advisory Board for Employment (NABE), formed by the AAoA Academy, we have developed an industry-led video, which will be showcased to approximately 50,000 job seekers.
Recruitment, Retention and Education are three key values for the AAoA Academy and the NABE with the growing demand of the workforce. The AAoA Academy, through key Registered Training Organisations, delivers highly practical pre-employment programs with an internship/work experience component.
