Sorry Sunshine Coast, but if you’ve entered this “competition” you’ve been scammed. This page is also encouraging people to sign up – DON’T DO IT!
Couple of signs that give it away:
▪️The Facebook page is called ‘P&O Cruise’, not cruises with an s at the end
▪️The page has only ever made two posts ever… and those were both in the past couple of days
▪️That photo is photoshopped, from the logos on the boxes to the one in the background
▪️It’s just too good to be true
Sadly, so far more than 24,000 people have shared the scam post. There are also 18,000+ comments.
For the record the real P&O Cruises IS on Facebook … when you search it look for the blue verification tick.
