The Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) is proud to support Tourism Australia’s Aussie Specialist Program which provides a free online training platform to help Australian Travel Agents sell domestic tourism experiences.
The Aussie Specialist online program which launched today is an agent-specific resource to empower front line travel sellers with the knowledge they need to optimise promotion and sales of domestic travel as COVID-19 domestic travel restrictions lift.AFTA is working closely with Tourism Australia to align this training resource with agent needs so that consultants are in the box-seat to promote holidays at home to Aussie travellers.
AFTA thanks Tourism Australia for this important initiative and looks forward to continuing to work with Tourism Australia to support travel agents especially during these challenging times.
