The 2019 IATA’s Regional Aviation Forum is being held at the Marriott Hotel in Accra, Ghana  and Alain St.Ange, President of the African Tourism Board and the former Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports & Marine Minister of the Seychelles is chairing the session titled “West and Central Africa as Preferred Tourism Destination: The Need for Greater Industry Synergy”.

The panelists for the session being moderated by the President of the African Tourism Board are:

1.           Dr. Ziblim Barri Idi, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Arts, Ghana
2.           Hon. M. Siandou Fofana, Minister of Tourism, Cote D’ Ivoire
3.           Ms. Gloria Yirenkyi, Country Manager, South African Airways
4.           Bankole Bernard, President, National Association of Nigerian Travel Agents
5.           Mr. Ikechi Uko – Publisher, Africa Travel Quarterly
6.           Mr. Sean Mendis, Chief Operations Officer, Africa World Airlines
On his arrival in Ghana alongside other delegates Alain St.Ange said that he was happy to see the African  Tourism Board playing its role in African conferences that touches the continent’s tourism and aviation industries.
