Founders Haibin Yang and David Zhao, known for Chubby Cattle and Xiang Hotpot, will soon debut all-new Asian fusion concept, The X Pot inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas. Set to open this winter, the restaurant will offer an immersive hotpot dining experience with a specially crafted menu, pairing traditional style and reinvented flavors, that is sure to amaze.

Located on the retail level of the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Palazzo tower, The X Pot will take the thousand-year-old hotpot tradition and elevate the experience with plenty of surprises along the way. The restaurant’s expert chefs will bring worldly melt-in-your-mouth flavors to the plate, serving up an array of popular Asian Fusion cuisine, complete with A5 Wagyu Beef and certified Kobe Beef.

The X Pot pays tribute to traditional Chinese cuisine with its hotpot technique, where guests can select and cook their own ingredients at the table in real-time. With an abundance of meat, seafood, and vegetable selections, guests will love this communal dining experience, perfect for all generations.

In addition to hotpot, the real star of the show at The X Pot is the certified Kobe Beef that will be showcased inside a specialty dry-aged display case, where the beef will be aged for at least 100 days before serving. The restaurant will be one of only nine restaurants located in Las Vegas that are able to house and serve certified Kobe. Guests will be able to select the quality and level of meat, based on how long the beef has been aged.

To complement the delectable menu, The X Pot will serve up a unique multi-sensory dining experience, from sensory stimulation to robot servers, allowing guests to engage all five senses. The restaurant will feature an array of beautiful HD 360 projections, thematic soundscapes, and interactive light shows that displays onto each plate. Plus, guests will be wowed by The X Pot’s high-tech smart-robot technology, as each dish will be delivered to the table using a unique technological program that proves the utmost efficiency in conjunction with human servers.

The X Pot will cater to guests around the world and will provide menu and service offerings in multiple languages such as Chinese, English, and Spanish.
