American Lending Center (ALC), one of the nation’s leading EB-5 regional centers, celebrates the opening of another successful investment property, Four Points By Sheraton in Scotts Valley, California. Hosted by the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce, the hotel’s grand opening red ribbon cutting ceremony brought together local business, government and community leaders.

Four Points By Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley received $5.5 million in EB-5 investments from ALC, and is expected to produce significant economic impact in the region. Nestled amid redwood forests, the 128-room hotel offers access to extensive parks and outdoor activities as well as local California food and wine.

“The City is thrilled to welcome the new Four Points by Sheraton to Scotts Valley,” said Jack Dilles, Mayor of the City of Scotts Valley. “We look forward to a long and successful partnership that will add economic vitality to our region and provide a beautiful venue for visitors to stay.”

ALC has achieved a 100 percent success rate over its more than 70 investment projects across 19 states since 2010, making it a uniquely successful EB-5 regional center. The company is currently the largest non-bank U.S. Small Business Association 504 lending institution, having successfully provided over 350 million dollars to American ventures. ALC received a record-breaking nine EB-5 project approvals in nine different cities for 30 newly approved investors in March 2018 alone.

“ALC’s investments foster American economic growth and demonstrate the benefits international investment can offer as valuable capital for expanding industries,” said ALC Chief Executive Officer John Shen. “We are thrilled the Four Points By Sheraton has joined the multitude of successful American ventures we’ve funded in California and across the country.”
