VENICE COMES TO DUBAI AT ARMANI/DELI
No masks needed for this year’s Venice Carnival celebration at Armani/Deli but feel free to go full masquerade for a four-course culinary homage to this historic festival. A fixture on the Venice calendar since the 11th century (we won’t mention the fact that Napoleon banned it for a while), allow us to transport you, via your palate, to the city of canals with a Venetian inspired feast and added bonus of equally inspiring views of The Dubai Fountain. Slow-cooked duck leg with carrot zucchini, blank ink ravioli dressed with traditional baccala mantecato and the regional speciality of dry-fried doughnuts with forest berries and vanilla cream all feature.

THE VENETIAN CARNIVAL AT ARMANI/RISTORANTE
New Orleans has beads, Rio has feathers, but when it comes to carnival extravagance, it’s Venice that stands out with its masked balls and centuries of opulent, indulgent tradition.
Armani/Ristorante brings the world-famous Carnevale di Venezia to life with a four-course degustation menu celebrating the canal city’s distinctive cuisine, while resident songstress Bibi adds some musical tradition. Step out of your vaporetto (or Dubai taxi) to discover the secrets of Venetian fine dining with vintage dishes such as buckwheat bigoli with blue fin tuna, baked duck breast ‘sopa coda’ style and the modern-day Armani classic signature cappuccino sphere dessert.
