The Australian Society of Travel Writers (ASTW) is pleased to announce its new partnership with The Association Specialists (TAS) as the new secretariat for the society and its members.

President Elisa Elwin said the committee was overwhelmed by the quality of responses to the recent RTF for the position of secretariat. “Although the applicants were all very competitive, we feel TAS and their team members are the most suitable fit for our membership”.

“We are really looking forward to working with the team at TAS during these unprecedented COVID-19 times and are confident this partnership will aid growing the society and strengthening our position as the leading industry authority into the future”.

The TAS team will be led by director of member services Megan Ogier and association management team leader Annie Coulter.

Managing director of TAS, Francis Child said he is “delighted to be working with the committee and members of the ASTW and looks forward to a long and successful partnership”.

“Our dedicated team are already primed to assist the ASTW to grow and flourish as we come out of the most challenging times their industry has ever faced.  We are excited to be working with a group of professionals ready to remind us how we can participate in our favourite pastime once again – travel”.
