Offering both design and comfort, Avani Adelaide Residences is located on Franklin Street, with this culture capital’s most popular attractions right on its doorstep.

Comprising 76 beautifully appointed studios and one-, two- and three-bedroomed suites, each with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, Avani Adelaide Residences also includes a heated pool, cinema, library, and AvaniFit gym with steam room and sauna.
