AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI concludes the year with several prestigious awards bestowed upon the luxury resort brand byWorld Travel Awards, Travel + Leisure India, Asia Spa, and Condé Nast Traveller India.
In perfect sync with AYANA’s 22nd anniversary celebrated on 29 November, Indonesia’s 5-star destination is celebrating success with four premium awards given by an international jury of hospitality experts and peers at World Travel Awards (WTA).
The WTA brand is recognised globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality, established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry. Regarded as the travel industry’s most coveted awards program, AYANA took home the following awards on 1 December at the gala ceremony at Pátio da Galé, Lisbon, Portugal:
- World’s Leading Island Villas – The Villas at AYANA Resort
- World’s Leading Luxury Island Villas – The Villas at AYANA Resort
- World’s Leading New Resort – AYANA Komodo Resort, Waecicu Beach
- World’s Leading Family Resort – RIMBA Jimbaran BALI by AYANA
In addition to this, on 29 November, Condé Nast Traveller India Readers Travel Awards 2018 honoured AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI in the runner’s up category ofFavourite Hotel in Asia. The awards ceremony was held in New Delhi with AYANA’s General Manager, Clive Edwards, and India Sales Manager, Shobhit Saxena, in attendance.
AsiaSpa Awards hosted a stunning awards ceremony on 15 November in Hong Kong, with AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI snapping up The Most Romantic Hotel award at the Asia Spa Awards on 15 November. Created in 2005, AsiaSpa Awards sets the benchmark for quality and innovation for spas in the region.
The wins did not end there, with AYANA’s Thermes Marins Spa taking home the Best Destination Spa award at Travel + Leisure India Best Awards gala event, held in New Delhi on 12 November. The spas recent renovation includes several new opulent treatment rooms and completed redesign of the resorts famous Spa On The Rocks treatment villas for guests to enjoy on the Island of the Gods.
