A British Airways stewardess has been suspended after a bizarre striptease video was leaked showing her stripping off her tights and sniffing them, according to reports from Britain.
A lurid report in the Sunday Mirror says the clip shows a BA flight attendant holding her tights and shoes, whispering: “So you want me to smell my shoes and my tights…These I’ve been wearing all day, with no knickers, just for you.”
The Mirror said the airline worker then went on to perform a striptease, unbuttoning her uniform, and saying: “I wish you were here to carry on unbuttoning my shirt. See you soon.”
The woman is thought to have been using the video to sell her airline-issue tights, which according to UK media are being offered and sold on eBay.
Media quoted the airline saying: “We hold our colleagues to very high standards and expect them to behave responsibly when they are representing the airline. When this doesn’t happen, we will always take the appropriate action.”
Earlier this year, another British Airways flight attendant quit her job to become a high-profile online stripper, saying she found flying “too tiring”.
In that case, the woman, formerly based at Heathrow Airport, left her job “to work as a webcam porn star for a Babestation-style TV channel called Studio 66”, the Daily Mail reported.
A similar fuss erupted in 2013, when an eight-minute video emerged showing two women wearing BA uniforms washing each other in a bathtub on what was claimed to be a layover between flights.
The video, which sparked a scandal and proved extremely popular with viewers, was investigated by BA, which said it could find no evidence that either of the women depicted had ever worked for the airline.
