Baked Indulgence unveils first pop-up store at IFC Mall

Baked Indulgence announces the launch of its first-ever pop-up store at IFC Mall starting 28 August 2020 till 10 February 2021.

With delectable baked goods inspired by the founders’ roots and travels around the world, the coveted dessert brand is finally bringing its signature cookie creations offline to its first retail pop-up store, tickling your fancy with its freshly-baked, soft and chewy, melt-in-your-mouth cookie selection packed with premium ingredients. In celebration of the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, Baked Indulgence is also presenting the specially curated CookieMoon Set consisting of 6 festive cookies.

The brand was originally founded in 2012 as Top Indulgence and was then re-branded to Baked Indulgence in 2019 to offer a diverse range of products. Their unique and elegant twists on the classic American chocolate chip cookie has become their signature product and an array of Asian flavoured cookies were created, such as Milk Tea, Yuen Yeung, Sakura etc. Cookies are baked fresh every day with premium ingredients such as Valrhona chocolate chunks from France.

Opening every day between 11:30 am and 7 pm (subject to change), the store offers a range of irresistible goodies, including the best-selling Red Velvet NutellaWalnutMatchaHojicha and a bevy of specials. Limited flavours such as Hong Kong style milk teaPandan and Strawberry cheesecake will be released throughout the pop-up period. Vegan cookies are also available. 

Indulge in mouth-watering sweetness on Mid-Autumn Festival

To spread the simple circles of joy on one of the most traditional festivals in Hong Kong, Baked Indulgence has specially curated the CookieMoon Set with flavours inspired by the popular custard mooncake and sesame glutinous ball. The Set, brimming with festival delicacies, consists of 6 cookies with flavours including DahongpaoLongjing YuzuCustardSesame GingerClassic and Dark Chocolate and Walnut. This creation is a modern reinterpretation of traditional festive delicacies which the sweet-toothed will definitely enjoy the delicious and exquisite sensations, perfectly balanced with a cup of Chinese tea.

The Set also showcases an artsy gift box designed by artist Shannon Yeung, which captures a dreamy exploration of rabbits celebrating the Festival with us, light years away from earth. Against an idyllic backdrop, rabbits play, dance and eat amongst the clouds, adding a playful charm to the delightful cookie tasting experience.

To mark the grand opening, Baked Indulgence is giving out 36 free cookies for the first 36 customers (limited to 1 cookie per customer) on 28 August. Flavours are Milk Tea and Pandan, and will be distributed at a first-come-first-serve basis.

What’s coming up next

Beyond cookies, Baked Indulgence is committed to introducing a more diverse range of exquisite products into their current offerings, including mini pound cakes, financiers, cupcakes, brownies etc. A new line of cookies with a totally different texture is also in the making.
